These products meet or exceed environmental regulations and guidelines for use in any industry. These products are considered non-toxic with years of research behind them proving them to be safe and extremely effective. SiltStop® is an incredible tool used for erosion control, sediment control, dust control and for demucking and dredging of ponds, sumps, or other various materials traditionally needing vac-trucks for removal. The Silt Stop® can bind the particulate for easy, drip-free transportation. Using SiltStop® on any stripped landscape provides a layer of protection that acts like a temporary erosion control blanket that biodegrades. Removal of the product is unnecessary when building commences. The benefits also include an immediate reduction in dust, erosion, and ultimately reduces the need for expensive storm water treatment as the turbidity from onsite runoff is greatly reduced. These products are site-specific and because we match our polymer to the site-specific soil and water chemistry of your area, cost and effectiveness are optimized as "one-size-fits-all" products are hit and miss and can easily create cost over-runs and less than adequate performance.
Floc Log® has won awards and accolades because it eliminates the need for onsite power or constant monitoring when water clarification and sediment removal is required. The logs can be placed virtually anywhere, whether in a ditch, culvert, piping, or natural stream. Clear Flow Consulting aids our distribution network in calculating the number of logs needed to treat each site's specific needs as we require a water and/or soil sample to get things started, this is provided at no charge. Not only will the logs remove turbidity, it has also been proven to remove phosphates, ammonias, organics, PCBs and heavy metals that contaminate waterways. Because the product is anionic, FlocLogs® can be used directly where wildlife is present and the water treated can be immediately discharged to the environment with permission from local authorities (please be aware of the laws in your area).
